Bread & Butter Bakery- Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") before placing an order with Bread & Butter Bakery. By submitting an order request, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with placing an order.

1.1 Order Request Form: Clients are required to log into the website and submit an order request form for their chosen cake size, flavor, and design. The options presented on the website are non-negotiable.

1.2 Review and Approval: The bakery team will review the order request and may approve or deny it. If approved, the client will have one last opportunity to make modifications before submitting the final order form.

1.3 Payment and Contract: Upon submitting the final order form, clients must pay the total amount in full and sign the contract to secure their order. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in the expiration of the proposal.

2.1 Invoice/Proposal: The invoice/proposal is valid for 14 days from receipt. If payment is not made within this period, the proposal expires, and clients must restart the inquiry process by submitting a new order request form.

2.2 Payment Methods: All payments are handled online. Clients must provide the email of the payer, and the bakery can split the invoice payment between two parties if necessary.

2.3 Refunds: Bread & Butter Bakery does not provide any refunds.

3.1 No Tasting Option: There is no option to taste the cake before booking.

3.2 No Modifications After Payment: Once payment is submitted and the contract is signed, no adjustments or changes to the order are allowed.

3.3 Flowers and Cake Stand: The bakery will not handle the placement of cake flowers or anything related to the cake stand.

4.1 Contact Method: Clients should direct all inquiries and concerns to bread.and.butter.wnc@gmail.com. There is no phone support.

4.2 Response Time: Due to limited staff, response time to emails may vary, and there is no guaranteed timeframe for replies.

5.1 Low Prices: Bread & Butter Bakery offers competitive prices due to a limited variety of options and streamlined processes to keep labor costs low.

6.1 Allergen Notice: All products are produced in a facility that processes all major allergens.

By submitting an order request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Bread & Butter Bakery reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms regularly.
